There is no premise
Butts and Guts is an inside joke. The hope is that you want to be part of it.
It was started by one American and one Canadian who met partying. That's the origin story. There was no business plan, no focus group and definitely no gym membership.
What it stands for is simple: the form, figure and respect of the middle-aged dad bod, and the spirit that comes with it. The guy who mans the grill for six hours. The guy who still thinks he can do a backflip into the pool. And every partying man and woman who keeps the good times rolling.
Good times. Camaraderie. Celebration. A relaxed kind of ambition where showing up counts as winning.
